Dr Gkranias received his Diploma of Dental Surgeon in 2000 from the University of Athens, Greece. From 2000 until September 2003, he worked as a general dentist in private practices and a dental hospital in Athens, Greece. In 2003, he was accepted in the 3-year Periodontology course in the world-renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute, London. The Eastman MClinDent (Periodontology) program is one of the 11 European periodontology programs and the only one in UK that is accredited by the European Federation of Periodontology can i buy soma online (EFP). In September 2006, Dr Gkranias graduated from the program and passed his MClinDent examination and EFP accreditation with distinction.
During his last year of the program and thereafter, Dr. Gkranias has been working in private dental practices in the major London area offering periodontal treatment. He is currently sharing his time between private practice and the UCL Eastman Dental Institute where he is taking part in clinical dental research and will be working towards a PhD degree at the Department of Periodontology.
